Traditional sunlight carries more energy than a canopy can utilize, which often results in excessive radiation, heat, and sunburn. Our patented Opti-Filter™ technology creates a protective barrier that provides an optimized light and microclimate environment by lowering maximum daily canopy temperatures and filtering out growth-inhibiting rays before they cause plant stress.

The system utilizes spectral modification to convert natural sunlight into red-enriched, diffused light — the most beneficial rays of the light spectrum for plant development and fruit production. This red-enriched scattered light overcomes self-shading by delivering photons deep into the internal fruiting zones, significantly increasing net photosynthesis and stomatal conductance.

The optimized light environment is detected by the canopy and conveyed to the root system as a biological signal to thrive. What are the products made of?
Opti-Harvest products are manufactured from durable, recyclable HDPE and engineered for years of reliable field performance. Opti-Panel™ is designed for a 10-year service life, while Opti-Gro™ and Opti-Shield™ are expected to perform for 12–14 years or more. Most growers recover their investment in approximately two growing seasons.
